Why no 800 number?
It's quite simple actually. It drives our costs up, and then we have to charge our customers more. We've also found
that e-mail and IM clients (MSN Messenger, ICQ, etc) are a far more efficient method of communication for the type of work we do.
By using online communication methods it allows us to track the needs of our clients far more
efficiently than by having phone messages and voice mail. We do, however, utilize the built in voice chat
systems in ICQ and Messenger quite frequently.
In the past 5 years we have yet to find a case where a question, solution, or a service booking could
not be handled faster and easier by using e-mail or an Instant Message service.
